Episode 3 Originally aired: June 6, 2005The contestants are tasked with cleaning and prepping the most squids in a short amount of time. The Blue Team has Michael sit out to even the numbers and the Red Team ends up winning by one squid. The Red Team wins a dinner with Ramsey and the losers have to prep the remaining squid. Episode 5 Originally aired: June 13, 2005Michael is transfered to the Red Team as they are down two contestants and Jeff ends up passing his kidney stones. For the the challenge, each team has to create a five course meal of original dishes but bought with only $100 worth of groceries in ten minutes. Episode 7 Originally aired: June 20, 2005The teams learn to set a formal table from Jean Phillipe, the maitre d' and are tasked to replicate the 96 item setting within 5 minutes. Episode 9 Originally aired: June 27, 2005Chef Ramsey decides to throw away the existing Hell's Kitchen menu and create a new menu featuring pasta dishes.
