Wilson is forced to decide if House is a strain on his life, while House struggles with feeling responsible for the death of his best friend's girlfriend. The team’s next case involves an assistant to a high-profile executive. The team suspects that the patient's symptoms stem from being over-worked, but when her shocking medical condition worsens, Thirteen struggles to treat the patient objectively without bringing the reality of her own medical condition to the case. Meanwhile, Cuddy attempts to save the guys' relationship.
