Episode Description

House is placed under a court order to discern what's ailing a mobster (Joey) due for federal testimony and then the Witness Protection Program. The witness's brother and lawyer (Bill) appears to work against the team and the testimony when they discover his brother has hepatitis C. House's diagnosis rests on a theory about Joey's sexuality. Cuddy continues to battle Vogler over House's importance to the hospital. House learns that his job has been saved but at the price of one of his team and he must pick who to fire.
