Reality series featuring Hilton family matriarch Kathy Hilton as she brings 14 highly-promising young women to New York City to live at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and introduces them to a high society lifestyle which only one will attain. Each woman faces weekly elimination as she moves toward a career field that best suits her strengths, such as publishing and fashion, and begins to acclimate herself by completing a challenge, designed to test her skills, set before her. The winning woman who outlasts them all then receives a full-time job within her most-suitable field while she spends a year residing at the Waldorf.
