Comedy/reality series featuring people performing outrageous pranks and antics. Host Johnny Knoxville himself undergoes pain and humiliation when pranks and "accidents" are performed on him. The reactions of bystanders are secretly recorded on videotape. Some of the antics in the premiere episode include Knoxville testing a variety of self-defense weapons on himself, an Oompa Loompa on a skateboard, and a bound-and-gagged man running through the streets of Los Angeles in an ill-fitting leopard print G-string.
