I was SO dissappointed when this show stopped. I love this show as it seems like this is something we may all be going through some day in the future. I have always thought being able to live off the grid is smart - too many people depend on electricity and every modern convenience out there but they may not always be there. The characters are great. I just don't understand why they would end a great show like this and instead replace it with totally stupid shows no one wants to watch. Why CBS would end a show with super ratings is beyond me.

LLLLoved this show. the what ifs and how and what next... I had trouble keeping up. The time shifts and all. I program my system to record all the shows I want to see. When the time was moved I couldn't find it. I just happened on this site looking for the new schedule. Big mistake taking this off. It deals with things people are thinking about. It gives a more believable "what if" factor that people enjoy. The challenge that may lay ahead in the event, the beyond crisis.

Personally, people are to soft and dependent on electronics and such. This show give them a step back and in ways captivates you much better than the reality tv fake situations created to challenge others for us to watch.

Rethink the canceling of this show and give us as viewers a better listing change when you move a program.

I was recently on Netflix and their watch instantly section and found Jericho. I agree with the majority of the other reviews that this was a great show and it makes you wonder why CBS would cancel it twice. Given the quality of some of their other programs and CBS is not alone they should bring this series back for another shot or at least sell it to someone else who will continue the series.

I just read that there is a full length movie being shot right now to cover the entire tv show and what we didn't get to see, hope it makes it at least to DVD.
