Smugness personified. Smarmy with females and sycophantic with males (aka a 'suck-up' 'brown-nose') because he isn't really a professional talk show host. But what would you expect from the former host of "The Man Show"? The musical guests are always mainstream, over-hyped fifteen seconds of fame types as well. A waste of the airwaves.
