Sheriff Sophia gets everyone to do their jobs by rewarding them with time in the Arcade. Sophia also tests how much the kids are willing to do by charging them to step onto a particular plot of land. The Council takes a trip to meet with local Native Americans. The kids win their reward without the help of the Council and enjoy their hot air balloon rides. Alex is awarded the Gold Star and the Town Council shuts down the Arcade.
