THE BURNING CAR.- LEXUS EPISODE AIRED 5 SEPT.
September 5, 2009
I think that this show jumped the shark, and the new host has not been on the air for even six months. The show just has not met my expectations, and I don't really think its Conan, it just seems like the show is not as funny as Late Night wth Conan O'Brien. I was not a fan of the previous host Jay Leno, at all. I do not think that it is fair that Jay Leno will get a show that airs earlier than the Late Show, even though previous shows have stumpled, and not had a long history.

incredibly boring!!

What a disaster this show is. What happened to the standards set by Carson and leno.. I dont expect a copy but at least be funny, Everything he does, from his entrance to the monologue and throughout is a formula, like straightening his cuffs, and tie when he enters gesturing at Andy and that fake greeting between the two--references and touching his body parts like he s hot' to the touch when he touches his rear/ why doesnt NBC buy out his contract and send him back to being a lounge act.

He's a comic genius
July 8, 2009
Conan is, by far, my favorite late night host. He may seem silly and moronic to some, but, in fact, his humor is quite intelligent (as is Conan himself). His comedic timing is genius and he is so quick-witted that he can handle any guest--whether they're a big shot or a total bore. His confidence is also part of his appeal, especially when mixed with his self-deprecating humor. It's hard not to love him. Max Weinberg and Andy Richter are great, too. I'm glad they brought Andy back as the announcer and actually find him funnier now than I did before. Oh, I also love when Conan does skits off-set. Look up the one he did when he went apple-picking with Mr. T back when he was on Late Night for proof of how damn funny he is...and how well he bounces off his guests and brings out the best in them. Love him! Was a fan when he hosted Late Night and will continue to be a fan with The Tonight Show.
On the other hand, his replacement, Jimmy Fallon sucks. I think they should replace him with Chelsea Handler...or perhaps that will be too much edgy, smart humor for one night. Huh, NBC?

Down with Conan bring back Jay
June 17, 2009
Conan is a flop at any time slot. NBC has shown poor management once again. Will never watch Conan. He is irritating and there is nothing funny or entertaining on his shows. Everything seems forced, dumb, and out of sync. I have actually turned to Letterman until he displayed his barbaric dirty old man beliefs. May try to catch Jay in his new time slot but I already have other programming that will be hard to give up.
It was hard to transition from Carson to Leno, but this is a NoGo
Conan is the worst of all night time performers. Actually I don't understand why he ever got on in the first place .. at any time??? He is better suited for episodes with the Little Rascals.
Good Bye CBS, NBC - Hello HBO, SciFI, RetroTV, or TV off early.
Thanks.....
