Episode Description

After a mother and daughter are killed in a hit and run accident, Detectives Green and Lupo track down the vehicle and find only a stack of $100 bills left inside. A trace on the money leads the detectives to a young couple that are victims of a real estate scam. Green and Lupo decide the best way to crack this case is to go undercover with the help of Kim Brody, an employee at the title company that handled the closings on the illegal real estate deals. Brody proves not be who she claims, leaving her innocence and real identity in question.
