A special which documents the aftermath of the blacklist in the movie industry, which started in October 1947, when the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) began its investigation into alleged Communist activities in Hollywood. The program examines the longterm effects of the hearings by spotlighting five women -- wives of Hollywood figures involved in the HUAC hearings.
