Lost Abandoned

Episode Description

As the tail section survivors make their way across the island with Sawyer, Jin and Michael, Sawyer's infection takes a turn for the worse. When he passes out, Michael forces them to take him in a handcrafted stretcher, unwilling to leave him behind as Ana Lucia wishes. Meanwhile, Shannon is haunted by visions of Walt again. She is desperate for Sayid to believe her as they take their relationship to the next level. She flashes back to the death of her father and how that changed her life. When Sayid finally professes his love to her and fully believes in her, he too sees the vision of Walt warning them to be quiet as they hear the whispering of the Others. Ignoring the warning, she rushes out to get Walt but is met by a bullet accidentally fired by Ana Lucia, killing her but marking the reunion of the two sides of the island. Also, Charlie is upset and jealous of Locke's interest in Claire and the baby.
