Why can't Peggy Noonan speak and keep her eyes open at the same time? I find it so disconcerting that I hit mute whenever she speaks. In my opinion she adds nothing to the panel. I'm sure you can find someone else to fill her spot. I don't believe I'm the only one who finds her distracting/irritating.
