Is this show for real?
February 6, 2008I finally watched the Millionaire Matchmaker last night. It was pathetic! For starters, the matchmaker has never even been married, how can anyone trust that she can match if she can’t even match herself? She rips the women apart when most of them look better than her. She looks like a female Joey Ramone. Anyone she thought looked good was dressed like a tramp and was an inflated blond bimbo.
The way she went on and on about curly hair was ridiculous. Why would she assume ALL men like stick straight hair? That’s like saying all men like only blonds. And why would she have women change their appearance because it’s what one particular guy likes? If the woman doesn’t match that particular guy's taste, then save her for someone who does like the way she looks. That’s not really matching.
Lonnie was a TOOL. I don't care if he's worth 500 million, he's a loser! She critiqued the way Patrick dressed (which was boring and a little dorky) but it's ok that a 33 year old man had a half mohawk and wore tshirts with insignias? Come on. And she thought his house was amazing? It looked like an empty warehouse. At least the girl she matched with him was halfway intelligent and saw him for what he was and wasn't blinded by his money.

seems like shauna needs a guy like me to rock her world in ever way..
she needs sex an lots of it, i can simulate her mentally, physically, emotionally, psychologically and otherwise..

I love the show but I thought this was a for real deal that anyone could sign up and you interview them and have several come to different events to see if they are right for a date and all, but by looking over this it looks like it is more of just a TV show and Patty is the actress at least it lists her as an actress so it appears all I see that this is just a show that is put on just like a series or something. Kind of disappointing, it is all about TV no just regular people. You either have to be in the area for these reality shows or in your twentys or in New York or LA what about the people in the middle of the states or in Kansas who have regular jobs and are just regular people, nobody does shows about regular people anymore.Was this review helpful to you? Patty, I think you are faboulous, you are a smart and creative woman and love the show. I just have to say my friends watched the show with Lonnie the millionare and omg what an [profane], and he is not even good looking he is so rude and disrespectful to woman I am surprised he can even get a date. the only way a dog like that could even possible get a good woman is only with his money how disgusting he is I think he needs to be brought down a few pegs and you are the woman who can do it!!!!!!!!!
