Ok... well.....I am in shock at the pictures. Who allowed this and why are they a role model? I was a title holder and I would have NEVER put myself in this position.
I for one WON'T be watching it this year neither will mt granddaughter. And it's a ashame that they have stupped to this level for viewership.POOR TASTE!!!!

Obviously you never saw the pictures of Vanessa Williams having sex with another woman. I don't recall seeing ANY nudity in these photos much less sexual acts, lesbian or otherwise. Perhaps a modicum of intelligence would be in order before you proffer your pseudo-moralistic stand. As with most of the so-called 'Moral Majority", the facts are skewed and/or totally ignored in the name of "morality" and a dirty mind sees something that isn't there. Recall if you will, that the Seven Deadly sins do not include revealing clothing but do list " a LYING tongue", "a heart that deviseth wicked IMAGINATIONS", and "a false witness that speaketh LIES" (Proverbs 6:16-19).
Morality may be slipping in this country but intelligence has certainly plummeted.

Well with the photo's they have taken of the girls Vanessa Williams now is able to sue Miss USA for they took her crown when she posed for playboy and she wasn't showing half of what these girls are showing. When she won her crown she was doing well then she posed for playboy. Once she did they said it went against the codes of the Miss American Pageant. They removed her crown and made her step down. It took her years before she was able to come out on top again and I'm glad she did. Yet what they have done to these girls shows more then Vanessa did so many years ago.
So are we now to support the girls posing in such and make Miss USA all about sex too or do we stay with the tradition of making them use their intelligence. Or are we now after all this time just going to turn a blind eye to all of it and say it's ok. When do we have any moral convictions or do we simply let it all hang our all over the place. When I was growing up children little children it was natural for them to run around in their diapers. Now they call that child neglect. Yet it's perfectly fine for our society to teach our little girls the only thing they are good for is sex. In what ever way shape or form society wants to dictate. So next step does this also fall over into our teen contest and how about our preteen and then what about the ones our little girls enter. Are they now supposed to dress in little nighties and parade themselves out there in woman sleep wear? Are they now supposed to stuff cotton or fake breast into their clothes to make them look 15 instead of 5? Is the 11 yr old that enters supposed to have her body hang out all over the place and stuff herself as well? Is she now supposed to look all of 35 instead of 11. No wonder so many pedophiles are out there stalking all of our children. When Miss America is no longer held above and beyond for she is supposed to be a positive roll model for our little girls and our young girls? When there is no more decent woman for our girls to look up to what are they to become little sex toys for whatever perversion comes her way? I am completely and totally disappointed in the USA I was never much into trying to be in one yet was happy with the morals of it yet now there are no more. These woman aren't competing with intelligence they are now competing with whomever they are sleeping with and that's who is going to win who bopped the judge the best.

Beauty pageants have become old hat and hard to promote. The Donald likes pretty girls just like the vast majority of men, but uses the hateful queer community to attract attention to this show.
The Donald is a genius at promoting the show and quick to take advantage of any opportunity to do so. You gotta love the Donald because he really knows how to make a buck. It's all about money, honey! That's my take on it, and I suspect that the vast majority of people who are interested in the show see it this way.
