Does anyone have a calculator on these shows?

So why is it when they are asking the REALTOR what their house is worth, NONE of these shows ever calculates what it costs to sell a house? It was the same thing on the Flip a house shows- nobody ever figures in the closing costs. We watched the Worth What show tonight and the owner wanted to make $15K on a $425K sale. She would not be making anything in the real world, if she uses an agent. And there are other fixed costs even if she sold it herself. I like Kendra Todd doing this show, it all fits.
October 8, 2008I enjoy the teas, it is cute.
I don't miss much, such as the real estate expert who bought her own home on House Hunters, often one of the experts on House/worth. I feel Ms. Todd does very well here.Was this review helpful to you? Sign in to rate
