Tierra LiCausi is crazy … in love!
The "Bachelor" contestant who was sent home by Sean Lowe in Monday's episode is engaged to be married. And no, not to Sean.
In February, the 24-year-old posted a photo of herself holding up her left hand, which was sporting a big diamond ring. Her brother, Tyler LiCausi, confirmed to Wetpaint that she'd gotten engaged in January. He didn't give out any details about her fiancé's identity but said her family is "really happy about it."
"It's someone she had been seeing before the show. They've known each other three or four years and have been dating most of that time," Tyler explained.
But at one point they broke up, and Tierra signed up for "The Bachelor." Lowe immediately felt an attraction to her and gave her the first rose in the premiere episode. Tierra quickly became the most talked-about contestant for causing drama and fighting with the other women. In Monday's episode, she broke down in tears after yet another argument, and Lowe decided to let her go.
Luckily for her, the ex-boyfriend was waiting. "Right after she left to film, he had a huge change of heart and wanted to get her back," Tyler revealed.
In November, the mystery man called ABC to learn her location and was set to fly to St. Croix -- the very same day Lowe let her go! They eventually reunited in Colorado and just a few months later, Tierra was presented with a four-carat yellow diamond ring.
"We're all really happy it worked out," Tyler said.
