30 Rock star Keith Powell is engaged to his girlfriend Jill Knox, US Magazine reports.
Best known for playing Toofer on the NBC comedy, Powell proposed to Knox during a picnic in the Hollywood Hills, complete with bystanders ready to serenade his new fiancée.
The couple have been dating for three years.
