Adrienne Maloof, Paul Nassif Settle Custody Dispute

Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif's nasty custody battle is finally settling down.

According to TMZ, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars have reached an agreement over custody of their three boys.

Maloof, 51, reportedly will get sons Gavin, 9, and twins Colin and Christian, 6, on weekdays and every other weekend. Nassif, 50, will have the boys on the weekends they're not with their mother.

During a court hearing on Sept. 19, Maloof accused of Nassif of physically abusing their children. She was awarded temporary custody of their kids, but the plastic surgeon went to court the following week with a report from the Department of Children and Family Services to clear his name.

The estranged couple had a court meeting schedule to discuss custody on Tuesday, but they worked one out ahead of time. A source tells Us Weekly there will no longer be a hearing, but TMZ reports the estranged couple will revisit their custody agreement in 90 days.

Maloof and Nassif filed for divorce in late August after ten years of marriage. Before either had filed, Maloof told Us in July that she was optimistic for an amicable split. "I'm hoping for the best. Our children come first and we'll see . . . My personality has always been really balanced, and I remember where my priorities lie which is with my children," she told Us. "So when you have that in mind I think everything else kind of falls into place."
