Alex Mack Star Larisa Oleynik Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker

The Secret World of Alex Mack star Larisa Oleynik has gotten a restraining order against a stalker she says changed his last name to match hers, TMZ reports.

The order, which was granted on Jan. 31 in Los Angeles County Superior Court, is good for three years against Josh Hathaway, who now goes by Josh Oleynik.

Ron Swanson and other surprisingly sexy TV characters

Oleynik claims Hathaway began harassing her in July by calling her mother constantly and leaving gifts like books and love letters for the actress at her mother's apartment, according to TMZ. In a voicemail, Hathaway allegedly told Oleynik that he had adopted her last name and was planning to propose to her.

"I feel that I am being stalked," Oleynik said in a legal filing, according to TMZ. "I am worried he is unstable and could snap at any moment."

Hathaway is now ordered to stay 100 yards away from Oleynik and her mother, and cease all contact with them, until January 2016.
