As for her alleged DUI incident, Bynes claims she does not drink.

"I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive," she continued. "It is all false."

As previously reported on Access Hollywood.com, Bynes was stopped by police and cited for driving with a suspended license near the Bob Hope Airport, in Burbank, Calif., on Sunday. After it was discovered that Bynes' license had been suspended, she was issued a citation and her car was impounded, but she was not arrested.

The actress' driving privileges were suspended after she was charged with hit-and-run in connection with two traffic crashes, one on April 10 and another on August 4.

The first alleged hit-and-run incident came just days after she was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, to which Bynes pleaded not guilty.
