Music runs in the Mars family!
Singer-songwriter Bruno Mars has four musically talented sisters -- Jaime Kailani, Tiara, Tahiti, and Presley -- whose pop band the Lylas will be the focus of a new WE tv reality show.
The series will follow the sisters as they make the move from their Hawaii home to record their debut album in Hollywood.
"The Lylas are fierce, independent women, leaving their home -- and in some cases their relationships and kids -- for a chance at pursuing their love of music," said Lauren Gellart, WE tv's senior vice president of production and development. "Their story is one filled with all of the drama and chaos that comes from making a major life change, with the added spice of doing it alongside your sisters."
The Lylas have already released their first single and music video, "Come Back," a soulful breakup song:
WE tv is already the home of several reality shows featuring celebrity families, such as "Braxton Family Values" and "Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best."
As for the brother, we wouldn't be surprised if Bruno showed up to give his sisters some grief. That's what siblings are for, right?
