There are only a few episodes left in Season 6 of "Burn Notice," and one thing is for sure: Michael (Jeffrey Donovan) has to put in extraordinary effort to discover who is responsible for his brother's death.
In this exclusive sneak peek at the episode "Unchained," Michael and Sam (Bruce Campbell) seem to be staging an FBI arrest. That way, Michael can potentially gain the trust of "Jimmy Boy," who is thrown into the back of a cop car with him. After all, as the onscreen text states in the usual "colorful" language, Jimmy Boy is a murderer.
Hopefully, Michael will find the answers he's looking for if and when he connects with the Bostonian mobster Bill "The Butcher" Quinn via Jimmy Boy. He will likely bring down a vicious mobster in the process.
Nobody is on Michael's side in his search for the truth more than the viewers, who sat through those heartbreaking scenes of Nate dying in Michael's arms. Not to mention the following scenes of his mother's reaction, which made his death all the more agonizing.
"Burn Notice" has upped the stakes once again, making the storyline seem much more personal. With all of the characters being affected and put in danger this season, every scene puts the viewers' nerves on edge. Season 6 is more serious than past seasons, and clearly things are continuing to heat up!
Find out whether Michael gets his answers the hard way when the "Burn Notice" episode "Unchained" airs Thursday, 8/9 at 9 PM on USA Network.
