Charlize Theron Spills Details on Baby Jackson
Earlier in the week, Charlize Theron surprised us all when she announced that she'd adopted a baby boy, and although we were provided with little in the way of details, it didn't take long for the proud new mom to start spilling some particulars on her newfound motherhood.
Life is "a tiny bit" different joked Theron, 36, of her life with baby Jackson. "I now travel in a pack."
The Oscar-winning actress told Ryan Seacrest this morning on his radio show that her son, now four months old, surprised her most with his love of "swaddling," a practice she likened torture before becoming a mom.
"I didn't think I would be a fan of the swaddling, but the swaddling is pretty amazing," she said. "At first it looks like a straight jacket and you just feel like its child abuse, but they love it."
The Oscar-winner said last August, "I want a baby. If it would happen tomorrow I would be very happy." Adding, "There are so many unwanted children on this earth and it's our job to care for them. And if we don't, we're doing the world a disservice."
Theron also spills some juicy deets on her role in the highly-anticipated Snow White and The Huntsman, revealing she'd modeled her character after none other than Jack Nicholson in The Shining for her turn as The Evil Queen.
