Drew Barrymore: I'm "in Love" With Fiance's Entire Family

    Loving the in-laws!

Drew Barrymore has a famously rocky family history. The granddaughter of acting legend John Barrymore, Drew, now 36, filed for emancipation from her mom, Jaid Barrymore, as a young teen; her father, John Drew Barrymore, passed away in 2004.

So it's no wonder that Barrymore is besotted not just with fiance Will Kopelman but his whole family.

"He has this incredible family," Barrymore gushes on Wednesday's Ellen DeGeneres Show. "I am as in love with his family as I am with him. Which is an extraordinary sort of gift. You never take that for granted...It really is an absolute blessing. I feel very lucky. They’re incredible people.

Set to be Barrymore third husband, art consultant Kopelman (he popped the question over the holidays), 34, is the son of Arie Kopelman, former CEO of Chanel and mom Coco. His sister is screenwriter and fashionista Jill Kopelman, who attended private school in Manhattan with Gwyneth Paltrow.

The future Mr. Drew Barrymore (they met at a party) is "a good man," she cooed. "I just feel really lucky and really happy and really calm. Which is a really wonderful feeling."

Wedding plans, however, are TBD as Barrymore promotes her new film Big Miracle. ""We're sort of figuring it out. This wonderful thing happened and I went on a press tour for this movie, which is funny because it didn’t really give me any time to plan and yet a perfect time to ask questions. So the two didn't really match up!"

One thing they are ready for? Like Prince William and Duchess Kate, puppy parenthood! On Monday, Barrymore was photographed pilfering a puppy out of an L.A. pet shelter, "Barks and Bitches."

His name is Ollie. "He looks like a bear," Barrymore said. "I can't even handle it. He was a rescue dog. He was found in a box with his brothers and sisters outside of East Valley Shelter."

The star says she and her man will give Ollie a loving home indeed. "Ollie hopefully has hit the jackpot!"

i'm confused....Kopelman's mother is named Coco and his father worked at Chanel. Was he required to marry someone named Coco?

I love that she falls in love with ALL her b.f.s, but enough with all the declarations of..."This is the one, I will die for this one, I know I found the love of my life now!".
She shouts from the roof top the same ole crap about ALL of them. It's OK to be in love & NOT tell the world about it. Just know it in your heart is enough Drew.

Drew is as gorgeous now as when she was a little girl. I would advise Drew remain just like she told Ellen in this article. Drew has the ability to fire at will while she is walking away and stuff both man and man-made blow up.

We do not have enough ice and water forms to contain her.
