Exclusive: Hart of Dixie Casts That '70s Mom

Debra Jo Rupp is coming to Hart of Dixie as the anti-Kitty Forman.

TVLine has learned exclusively that the That ’70s Show vet will appear in an upcoming installment of the CW charmer.

Popping up midway through Dixie‘s second season, Rupp will play Betsy Maynard, Wanda’s gin-loving mom who comes to Bluebell for a visit. Unfortunately, she becomes such a handful, her daughter pawns her off on Zoe.

Rupp most recently co-starred as the matriarch on ABC’s short-lived comedy Better With You.
