    Exclusive Southland Video: Lydia Returns to Work, Cooper Lays Down the Law

    The officers of Southland return to the job on Wednesday, Feb. 13 (TNT, 10/9c), and we’ve got your exclusive first look at the new season.

    When we last saw Det. Lydia Adams, she had decided to take on a less active role on the force during her pregnancy. But as you can see in the following trailer, Season 5 will find the working mom once again chasing down the bad guys, while things remain tense between partners Sammy and Ben (“There’s a law against that, you know,” the younger officer points out to Sammy, who’s engaged in some potentially dangerous behavior).

    And what would Southland be without Cooper — who has a new boot — putting an obnoxious citizen in her right place when she points out that she pays the cop’s salary?
