The Pretty Little Liars star shared the happy news the next day, tweeting, "It's a girl!!! And she's as beautiful as her mommy & big sister Mabel!! We are blessed!"
Lowe's brother, Parks and Recreation star Rob Lowe, added, "She's a beauty!"
The newborn joins the couple's 3-year-old daughter Mabel. Mabel was the first girl in the Lowe family in almost four generations, so we're sure she'll be happy to have another girl in the brood.
