Glee to Cover Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe"

Sure, you've probably heard Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" over 100 times this summer, but you'll definitely be hearing it at least once more come fall.

As we predicted, Glee will cover the catchy summer tune in Season 4, TVGuide.com has confirmed. Members of the new New Directions will actually sing it in the season premiere, titled "The New Rachel." Entertainment Weekly first reported the news.

The hot summer songs Glee should do in Season 4

Unfortunately, that means Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) won't be singing the summer smash,  considering she'll be busy in The Big Apple at NYADA.  In our list of summer songs we'd like to hear Glee cover this season, we had hoped that a Finn-less Rachel would sing a slowed-down acoustic version of Jepsen's song after she guiltily gives away her digits for the first time while in New York.

Which members of New Directions do you hope will sing the summer hit?
