    Grey's Anatomy Sneak Peek: Derek's Alive, But Will He Return to the OR?

    The good news: Derek is, in fact, alive! The Grey's Anatomy doc did survive the crash, but that doesn't mean he won't be going through difficult times upon his return to Seattle Grace.

    "I don't know if his hand will ever fully be recovered," Ellen Pompeo recently told TVGuide.com. But based on the just-released clip from the season premiere, Derek may be back in the OR before we know it. Hopefully this isn't another case of getting back in the game too soon.
