Heidi Montag Hosting Party at Las Vegas Strip Club October 19

Heidi Montag is ready to make some dough!

Though her husband of three years, Spencer Pratt, 29, recently told Us Weekly he's "turning down paid appearances" to focus on getting his University of Southern California political science degree, Montag couldn't resist the opportunity to host an event at a Las Vegas strip club, Crazy Horse III, October 19.

"I am so excited to host Crazy Horse III's third anniversary celebration," Montag, 26, says in a statement. "I'm ready to party!" The gentlemen's club -- which features topless, but not fully-nude dancers -- is located at Playground in Sin City.

Former Hills star Montag appeared in the September 2009 issue of Playboy, though she wore lingerie and a bikini in the sexy photo shoot. "The body is a beautiful creation," she explained at the time. "If anything, the reason I didn't show everything is because I plan to get a few more upgrades."

Indeed she did. In November 2009, the Crested Butte, Colorado, native famously got 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day; she first got a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty in April 2007.

Since then, Montag and her husband have been adjusting to life without the cameras as they shack up at Pratt's parents' house. "We don't have celebrity-size money anymore," Pratt recently told Us, "but we're fine."
