Hulk Hogan to Sue Sites Posting His Sex Tape: Report

Hulk Hogan is ready to rumble -- in court at least -- with any sites who decide to post his leaked sex tape.

TMZ reports that the professional wrestler (real name: Terry Bollea) is threatening to sue websites who share the grainy, black-and-white footage, in which Hogan, 59, has sexual intercourse with an unidentified woman. (At one point during the encounter, the star picks up a phone call from his son, Nick. The accompanying ringtone? Daughter Brooke's 2006 single, "About Us.")

Back in March, before the tape surfaced, Hogan told TMZ Live he had no clue who the woman in the sex tape was, saying that he slept with a number of women after his 2007 divorce from Linda Bollea.

The WWE hall-of-famer's attorney, David R. Houston, is allegedly in the process of drafting a cease-and-desist letter to Gawker, who posted a clip from the movie Thursday.

"This tape was made secretly without Hulk's knowledge or permission," the lawyer told TMZ in a statement. "We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."

Hogan split from his wife of 24 years, Linda, in 2007; they share kids Brooke, 24, and Nick, 22. In December 2010, he wed girlfriend Jennifer McDaniel.
