Although it has not affected his ability to shoot "La Que No Podía Amar" for most of the show, his smoking could have contributed to the clot found in his lungs. Salinas has missed a limited amount of taping for the show, but smoking continues to threaten his overall health. It seems that this is one habit Salinas is not able to kick.
