JWoww Belly Flops on Fox's 'Stars in Danger: The High Dive' [Exclusive video]

What do Olympians and reality TV stars have in common? Not much -- until now. Hold on to your swim cap: Fox is set to air the two-hour reality special "Stars in Danger: The High Dive," and it's exactly what it sounds like. Reality stars, athletes, and actors (Kyle Richards, Terrell Owens, Antonio Sabato Jr., and more) jump head first into the world of competition solo and synchronized diving in hopes of winning the gold (or whatever the prize is in this case).

In this exclusive clip, JWoww of "Jersey Shore" fame is learning how to dive, and this training is not kiddie-pool material. It's serious business, only made worse by her fear of heights. It's a far cry from the "lounging, pina coladas, enjoying the sun" that she normally associates with pool time. Before even climbing up to the concrete block, she learns diving basics (straight, tuck, and pike) on a trampoline and in the gym. When she finally makes it to the pool and works up the nerve for her first attempt, she flops -- belly flops, that is. Ouch! Thankfully, JWoww has some world-class trainers to help guide her.
