Kelly Osbourne is thanking fans for their well wishes after she suffered a seizure on the set of E!'s "Fashion Police."
"Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?" Kelly Tweeted late Thursday evening, linking to THIS photo of her arm, hooked up to an IV.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com , Kelly, 28, was taping her show when she all of a sudden didn't feel well.
Filming stopped and she was given some water. As the cast and crew looked on, she began to experience a seizure, a source close to the star, told Access.

Melissa Rivers - who was guest co-hosting -- was seated next to Kelly and was able to grab her and help bring her to the ground.
A member of the live studio audience, who was reportedly a medical professional, rushed to the stage to help Kelly.
Following the seizure, Kelly was taken by ambulance to a Los Angeles-area hospital. Blankets shielded the star as she was taken to the ambulance via stretcher.

On Thursday afternoon, a rep for Kelly told Access Hollywood her condition was "stable."
"Kelly Osbourne fainted on the set of E!'s Fashion Police today. She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure. There are no further details at this time," a rep for the star told Access in the statement on Thursday.
