Is anyone still 'Team Kenya' after the most recent episode of "Real Housewives of Atlanta?"
The behavior of the gorgeous Kenya Moore keeps getting uglier and uglier. Everyone knows the Girlfriend Code, right? For the uninitiated, it's about staying clear of men linked to your friends -- and anyone else's for that matter. The gorgeous former Miss USA is apparently unfamiliar with this rule. She's spent the last couple of episodes of "RHOA" flirting unabashedly with Phaedra Parks' hubby Apollo.
Kenya joined the cast of the show this season after Sheree Whitfield was unceremoniously kicked to the curb. She immediately rubbed resident model Cynthia Bailey the wrong way, mucking up a casting for "Jet Beauty of the Week." Not content to just piss off The Bailey School of Fashion, Moore then participated in a charity event hosted by other new cast mate, Porsha Stewart.
Apparently, Porsha made the fatal flaw of calling Kenya "Miss America" instead of Miss USA. As Miss America is a scholarship competition instead of just a beauty contest, she could have taken it as a complement. Bubbly Porsha showed that she could hold her own when their fight ended up on the driveway.
Porsha gave the ultimate diss when Kenya said, "Google me." She told Kenya that she wouldn't come up in the search engine because she's too old. Yikes! By the way, Miss Porsha is granddaughter of civil rights activist Hosea Williams and wife of retired NFL star Kordell Stewart. Those two things alone were probably enough to anger the easily excitable Kenya.
So, in the spirit of reality TV and graciousness, we decided to search Kenya. Here's what we found!
Fake boyfriend
When typing "Kenya Moore" and fake into a search engine, it appears that folks have been searching to see whether her golden eyes and luscious hair are real. Yes, the brown beauty is physically real, from the neck up anyway. Her relationship status is another matter.
On the show Kenya is hungry for love. She has her sights set on Walter, a local business owner. Walter seems laid back and easy going. He loves the feast Kenya serves him, never suspecting for a moment that it's pre-packaged.
Well, Walter called into an Atlanta radio station to reveal that the food wasn't the only packaged thing in Kenya's house. He called their relationship "fake as hell." The entrepreneur went on to explain that Kenya asked him to "play" her boyfriend on the reality show. According to Walter, Bravo was not in on the ruse.
Actress-Producer
Kenya is indeed a producer. After all, that's how she seemed to have entry into the lives of Phaedra and Apollo. The couple is considering using her production company for their "Donkey Booty" workout tape. At least they were, until Kenya and Apollo shared a splash in the pool.
Kenya has acted in TV shows ranging from "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" to "Meet The Browns." She has produced films such as "Haitian Nights" and "The Confidant."
Well that just explains everything!
Where do you stand on the 'Kenya vs. Everybody' fight?
Sound off!
