Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian Split Won't Be Finalized Until 2013?

It looks like Keeping Up With Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' Messy Court Battle is getting another season.

According to The Associated Press, it looks unlikely that Kim Kardashian, 31, and Kris Humphries, 27, will be granted a divorce or annulment before next year. The NBA star's attorney, Marshall Waller, is arguing that the couple's 72-day marriage was a fraud; Kardashian's legal team has countered that the charge lacks any factual evidence.

In a hearing on Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Waller said he has asked for detailed records about Kardashian's reality shows and depositions with her mother Kris Jenner and boyfriend Kanye West, but claimed they're not receiving cooperation and it would take a least four more months before they could go to trial.

Laura Wasser, Kardashian's attorney, explained that Waller attempted to subpoena West, 35, with papers disguised in Nordstrom's box. "To say that I'm frustrated would be an understatement," Wasser said. "I am at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. ... It's dragging on, it's clogging resources." She also told the judge that Kardashian has already incurred $250,000 in fees.

Kardashian and Humphries married in an over-the-top televised ceremony on Aug. 20, 2011. The reality starlet filed for divorce on Oct. 31 after 72 days of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

Humphries' attorney told the judge he wants to prove Kardashian had "no intention of proceeding with this marriage. That it was basically a contrivance for the benefit of her show and to make money."
