Lance Armstrong/Oprah Winfrey Interview Promo Reveals ... Absolutely Nothing (Video)

Disgraced bicycling legend Lance Armstrong will reportedly 'fess up to using performance-enhancing drugs during his interview with Oprah Winfrey this week, but if you're hoping for any big reveals in the first promo for the sit-down, you're bound to be sorely disappointed.

The clip, which hit YouTube on Tuesday, is long on suspense and short on detail. In the clip, Winfrey tells Armstrong -- who was stripped of his multiple Tour de France wins last year by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, which cited evidence that he had used banned substances -- that "we agreed that there would be no conditions on this interview, and this would be an open field. So here we go."

Aaaand .... that's as far as it goes, in terms of content from the interview.

While reports have indicated that Armstrong would use the interview -- his first since being stripped of his titles -- to admit his use of banned substances, Winfrey told "CBS This Morning" on Tuesday that the cyclist "did not come clean in the manner I had expected."

Maybe she meant that he did so while wearing a propeller beanie and juggling bowling pins while riding a unicycle?

Time will tell, but whatever the case, Winfrey clearly plans on milking the interview for all she can. The sit-down, which was originally scheduled to air as a 90-minute episode of "Oprah's Next Chapter" on Thursday, has been extended to a second night on Friday.

    Until then, watch the promo.
