Lindsay Lohan has returned to work after a Friday car crash that landed her in the hospital, Us Weekly reports.

The actress was driving her black Porsche on the way back to the Liz and Dick set when it slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler, according to TMZ. The front of the Porsche was totaled, as seen by the photos from the scene obtained by TMZ, with the passenger window shattered and rear bumper completely removed from the vehicle.

Lohan was transported to the emergency room, though not by an ambulance. Lohan and an assistant who was a passenger in her car had no serious injuries and were later released from the hospital.

"She is fine and is already headed to resume work. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the accident," her rep told Us Weekly.

The 25-year-old actress is now back on the set of the Lifetime made-for-TV movie in which she plays Elizabeth Taylor.
