MAD Magazine Parodies 'Game of Thrones' [Exclusive Photos]

The humor publication depicts the Iron Throne as a toilet.

MAD magazine is mad about "Game of Thrones"!

The outrageous humor publication is featuring the hit HBO drama in its newest issue, on stands April 30. On the cover, mascot Alfred E. Neuman grins as he sits atop the "Iron Throne" -- which is a toilet. Instead of sharp swords, the throne bears a fork, a spoon, Swiss army knife scissors, and, of course, a toilet-paper-roll holder. "We Plunge Into 'Game of Thrones,'" the magazine claims.

Inside, a cheeky illustrated spread complains that keeping all the various plots and characters straight is a "Game of Groans." A song tries to explain who is who, starting with series author George R. R. Martin: "I wrote all the books, and that's to my credit. The only thing I can't do is edit!"

The verse for Daenerys goes, "The queen of the deserts commands ten platoons. They've sworn allegiance to her bountiful dunes!"
