"Tonight was an incredible night," Carey tweeted. "I can't express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel tower."
Carey, 42, wore a white mermaid gown with a black bow for the ceremony, while Cannon, 31, sported an all-white suit with a black tie.
Monday is not only their four-year anniversary, but the first birthday for the couple's twins Roc and Roe.
The celebration follows a rough start to the year for Cannon, who was hospitalized for a kidney infection and has since been diagnosed with a lupus-like autoimmune disease. Cannon will return as the host of America's Got Talent when the new season premieres on Monday, May 14.
