Mary-Kate Olsen has temporarily replaced her boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy with the other love of her life: Ashley Olsen, her famous twin sister and business partner. Instead of bringing her 43-year-old French financier beau to the New York Knicks vs. Indiana Pacers game at Madison Square Garden on May 16 (where the couple is frequently seen canoodling courtside), Mary-Kate invited her 26-year-old sibling to help her cheer on the home team.
Wearing matching aviator sunglasses and heavy sweaters, the Olsen twins sipped clear drinks from a straw and noshed on popcorn during the game. The normally stoic stars got into the spirit of the event, as they were seen cheering wildly from the VIP section. Luckily, Mary-Kate's team avoided elimination in the Eastern Conference semifinals with an 85-75 victory.
Though Mary-Kate and Ashley first found fame as child actors on Full House, they have since rebranded themselves as successful fashion designers. "I can't stand to be away from her," Ashley once told The Wall Street Journal of her sister.
Ashley shared their design philosophy with the newspaper, explaining that they prefer pieces that can transition from season to season seamlessly. "We like the mentality of the way men dress," she explained. "It's that thing about having a few very special investment pieces that you can wear all the time and build upon."
