    Michael Phelps & Girlfriend Megan Rossee Make Red Carpet Debut In London

    Record-breaking Olympic swimming star Michael Phelps publicly stepped out with girlfriend Megan Rossee for the first time on Monday night in London.

    The multi gold-medal winner (22 medals in total!) walked the red carpet with Megan, 25, by his side at the Speedo Athlete Celebration, smiling for the cameras with their arms around each other.

    According to E!, Michael and Megan began dating in January, but the athlete, 27, has yet to answer any questions of about his dating life.

    The 25-year-old blond beauty has hinted at her relationship with the swimmer on her Instagram account, sending him well-wishes and posting photos of the two of them embracing earlier in the week.
