Neve Campbell cast in 'Grey's Anatomy'

Neve Campbell, Patrick Dempsey (Frazer Harrison/Getty Images, Danny Feld/ABC)Neve Campbell, best known for dodging death during the four "Scream" movies, has been cast as one of Patrick Dempsey's on-screen sisters in "Grey's Anatomy."

Don't expect Campbell to be a regular on the show, though. She's only scheduled to appear in two episodes which will air in December. Astute fans of all things "Grey's" know that McDreamy has four sisters. In previous episodes, Embeth Davidtz and Caterina Scorsone have appeared as the good doctor's siblings.

Campbell's guest appearance on "Grey's" won't be the first time she's acted alongside Dempsey. The two shared screentime and romantic tension in "Scream 3," in which Dempsey played a police officer with the hots for Campbell.

Campbell, one of the biggest stars of the '90s, thanks in large part to "Scream" and the TV series "Party of Five," has kept a relatively low profile in recent years. Fans can watch her in "Sworn to Silence," an upcoming Lifetime project.
