    Nick Jonas 'Being Considered' for 'Idol'

    What do you give the superstar that has everything? If the celebrity is Nick Jonas, just a spot on the American Idol judging panel will do.

    "The rumors are true ... I am being considered to be a judge on American Idol, and it would be a dream come true if it happens," Nick tweeted on Saturday, inciting a flood of comments from his 4.6 million followers.

    Today, Nick showed his appreciation for his followers' positive messages, writing, "Loved seeing all your amazing responses to #NickOnIdol keep it coming!"

    American Idol still has at least one more spot to fill after exits from Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez. Mariah Carey has officially signed on to judge for the hefty price of a reported $18 million contract.
