Nick Stahl has been reported as missing, a rep for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Access Hollywood .
According to People and TMZ, the actor's wife, Rose, filed a missing person's report with the Los Angeles Police Department on Monday.

The "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" star was reportedly last seen on May 9.
LAPD Officer Rosario Herrera told People, "I can confirm that he's missing and, as of now, he is still missing."

According to a TMZ source, the 32-year-old actor has allegedly been seen recently in the Skid Row area of Los Angeles.
In February, the actor's wife filed court papers stating they had been separated since January and asked a judge to limit Stahl's visitations with the couple's daughter, Marlo, 2. A TMZ source claimed that Stahl's wife asked for the actor to be tested for drug and alcohol use before being allowed to see their daughter.
A rep for the actor was not immediately available for comment when contacted by Access Hollywood on Wednesday morning.

In addition to "Terminator 3," Nick has appeared in "Sin City," "In The Bedroom" and starred on HBO's "Carnivale."
