'The Office' Repeat was a Good One to Watch

This Thursday, October 20th, 2011, "The Office" was a repeat. As a fan, I was definitely disappointed, but if I I was someone who had missed this particular episode or was someone who was watching "The Office" for the first time, the episode was a good one to see.

The repeat episode they showed this week was from week two of this season where Andy Bernard gets a tattoo, Robert California wants the office staff to double its sales in a month and Angela and Pam try to be pregnant walking partners.

This episode I think helped fans, the characters on the show, and the actors who play the characters finally move on from the wonderful wrath of Michael Scott. As most of us know, Michael Scott, played by Steve Carell, left the office to go live and marry his girlfriend in Colorado. Fans and office staff were not sure how Dunder Miflin would continue without his presence, but this episode, as mentioned, made Andy Bernard's promotion as the new manager the right fit.

Since we had to wait all summer to find out that Andy was the new manager, once we were hit with the news, it took fans time to get used to, but not too much. Andy has stepped into the role delicately but firmly. We already liked him, so that was a plus. He has lived up to the quirkiness of the job as well as the leadership of it.

Robert California, the new CEO played by James Spader, however, we are still unsure of. His role is fabulous though, we love his mystery and odd manners, so any bits of him we can get, (he has not been on all episodes since the season started this fall,) we'll take. He does make the show have a bit of an edge which is a nice touch for this crazy comedy.

"The Office" airs on NBC on Thursday nights.
