Lifetime may walk like an Egyptian with its latest project, a miniseries about famed female pharaoh Cleopatra.
And have we got an actress in mind.
Lindsay Lohan might seem an odd fit for the role, due to her lack of being Egyptian and decidedly un-regal behavior. But think about it.
But she's already played Cleopatra -- sort of -- while tackling the role of movie legend Elizabeth Taylor, tackling the role of Cleopatra, in the Lifetime biopic "Liz & Dick."
Look, it makes as much sense as any of the trailers for "The Canyons."
The miniseries, currently in development, is being written by Robert Port, with Michael Goldstein ("Scoundrels," "Rodney") and Mike Larkin producing.
