Peggy Tanous Leaving 'Real Housewives of Orange County' Plus Secret 'Housewives' Updates

Peggy Tanous, the nemesis of Alexis Bellino, has announced that she's leaving "The Real Housewives of Orange County." Peggy came onto the show last season and definitely brought the drama. She always seemed to be in a competition with frenemy Alexis about the marriages, children and even their plastic surgery.

The climax of the Peggy vs. Alexis "Housewives" brawl came during the "RHOC Reunion Special" hosted by executive producer Andy Cohen. We learned that Peggy had had liaisons in the past with Alexis' husband. To call this moment awkward is the understatement of the year! To make matters worse, Alexis' controlling husband asked Peggy not to reveal that they had been more than friends. Strangely, Alexis blamed Peggy but not her husband.

We'll miss Alexis but something tells us that the O.C. will be okay. Let's recap what else is happening in the worlds of the wives.

    More "Real Housewives" Updates

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey"

As we move toward the finale there seems to be an all out war in Jersey. Teresa is now at odds with Jacqueline as well as Caroline. Apparently she says that Caroline is "as Italian as the Olive Garden." Whoa. Melissa Gorga, of course, is still "On Display." And we're not sure but Kathy Wakile is hopefully coming out with a cookbook to rival her cousin Tre. Punta Princess, that.

    "The Real Housewives of Atlanta"

These ladies are weeks away from a new season. The promo shows that the Atlanta ladies are headed to Africa. If their African vacation is anything like "The Real Housewives of New York City" in Morocco, the continent will never be the same. Kim Zolciak is pregnant. Who knows what that might mean to her personality?

"The Real Housewives of New York City"

We will see an all new cast when our NYC Housewives roll around again. Several key cast members have been cut. Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon and Alex McCord will not be appearing next season but Bravo is not ruling out bringing them back in the future. Countess LuAnn, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan will still be keeping the "pecking order" scandalous in the Big Apple, however.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"

The Queens of Beverly Hills are back in a heart-wrenching season. After the off-camera suicide of Taylor's ex-husband Russell Taylor, we weren't sure that the show would survive. But the drama of Taylor's impending divorce, the cuteness of Kyle Richards and her gorgeous husband Mauricio Umansky plus Kim Richards' general lack of lucidity makes for much madness and entertainment.

And that's what's happening on Planet "Real Housewives!"
