Jessica Simpson Thinks Pink
Pregnant Jessica Simpson seems to be hoping she’ll have a baby girl. The mom-to-be recently paid a visit to the L.A. boutique Bel Bambini -- and had pink baby girl clothes and accessories on the brain.
A source on the scene told People magazine that the 32-year-old and her mom spent an hour in the store, picking out pink baby outfits, a Moses basket, and “other adorable items.” Is there any other kind of baby item?
The very pregnant Simpson looked camera-ready for her L.A. shopping day in a fitted chartreuse dress and ruffled jacket -- and clearly is on a mission to dress her soon-to-be mini-me. Soon after the expectant mom announced her pregnancy on her website, she admitted she thought the baby would be a girl. At her clothing line launch last December, she told People, “I think it’s a girl, but I don’t know yet.” Now, maybe she does.
One thing’s for sure: The star does know something about design. The television personality also has a billion-dollar fashion empire.
Simpson will share her love for clothing with an appearance on “The Biggest Loser” next month to reward a challenge winner and another contestant with a personal visit to her showroom. The lucky two will be styled by the star.
The fashion mogul will also serve as a judge on the NBC show, "Fashion Star," which premieres on March 13.
